This was a project completed spring of 2021, my sophomore year in college. It was a partner project to create an office space for a start-up tech company called "Connect". Pictured above is a perspective of what a collaborative workspace in this company might look like.
Above is a concept statement, visual positioning board, materials palette, as well as a user analysis of individuals that will be in the space.
The above renderings are my partner's work. We divided the work so that my partner did renderings for the 5th floor, and I did renderings for the 6th floor of the project.

In this project we also focused on WELLNESS standards and how our design could use these principles to benefit the user.
